As discussed in the meeting of January 21, 2000, the ICC set three priority goals from 2000 to 2003, as follows:

1. To concentrate on meeting funding needs for all early childhood programs/issues.

2. To increase interagency collaboration, especially with mental health, for
improved services and less duplication of energy. Obtain functional agreements at a state and local practice level.

3. Provide ongoing public awareness about the various services and
resources that are available to the community.
