PUBLIC PARTICIPATION, COMMENTS ON UTAH’S APPLICATION FOR BABY WATCH EARLY INTERVENTION PROGRAM FEDERAL FUNDING
The Utah Department of Health offers an opportunity for review of the 2010 Annual Application for funds under Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). The application is available from February 24 to April 24, 2010. Public comment is invited from February 24 to March 25, 2010.
This application for funds includes the required assurances and the federal budget. The budget is based on the federal allocation for FFY 2010 from the United States Department of Education. A copy may be viewed at www.utahbabywatch.org under Agency Information: What’s New. A copy of the application will also be sent to each early intervention program contracted through the Utah Department of Health as well as the Utah Parent Center. Those agencies will be asked to make the plan available.
Interested citizens are invited to comment on the proposed plan. Written, oral, or emailed comments may be submitted no later than March 25, 2010 to:
